In case of dissatisfaction with our services, you have the liberty to cancel your participation and request a refund according to the policy below.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at contact@jlcludo.in. Requests received later than one business day prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation for the next service period.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only for valid cases where services have not been delivered as promised. After careful investigation, if approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed with the user.
