JLCludo Game Fair Play

All the Mobile Games hosted by JLCludo on the Platform, where a user needs to pay a participation fee in the form of money, are Games of Skill. Different Mobile Games will reward different skills, such as knowledge of the game, familiarity with rules, experience, reflexes, practice, hand-eye coordination, etc.

What is Cheating?

1. Joining the group with more than one number.
2. After losing the game, putting winning screenshot in the group.
3. Putting wrong screenshot of payment in group.
4. Taking money from someone in the name of group admin.

First Offense: Banned from JLCludo for 7 days
Second Offense: Permanently Banned from JLCludo

You will not be able to play games or withdraw cash during the restricted period. In games where cheating has been committed, you will lose your winnings. You will be permanently blocked if you are caught cheating, promoting hacks or violating other Terms of Use in any game at the sole discretion of JLCludo. In case of a permanent block, any balance on your JLCludo Wallet will be forfeited by JLCludo.

All information is stored in a secure environment and not shared with any untrusted third party. We work with trusted payment gateways to ensure safety of all financial transactions. We do not store your card details and have OTP verifications to prevent fraudulent withdrawals.

Game Fraud Detection

JLCludo has automated detection systems to identify fraudulent behaviour in games. Anti-collusion measures are taken during gameplay.

Responsible Gaming

We notify users if their spending exceeds certain limits and encourage breaks when sessions are too long. When a session exceeds a set time, JLCludo mandates the user to take a non-negotiable break.

Disconnection

Users disconnected due to poor internet will be declared lost. Please check your connection before playing. JLCludo is not responsible for individual connections. Test with free games first.

JLCludo does not permit profane, vulgar or abusive language in chat, usernames, or elsewhere.
